This spacious prime location condo is 1100 square feet and features three bedrooms, and two full baths, and accommodates a maximum of eight guests. The Main Bedroom and one of the Guest's rooms offer a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offering plenty of space for everyone. This condo is located on the corner of our building having neighbors only on one side. Whether you dine out or in, the kitchen is well-equipped and opens to a bay-front dining and living area. Watch the sunset over the bay from the furnished patio or balcony. For your convenience, each unit has a washer and dryer. Additionally, Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, and all linens and towels are included.
Resort amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fishing or crabbing dock, and an outdoor sitting area with sun loungers. The location is close to outlet shopping, trolley rides, amusement parks, and the boardwalk. The building is equipped with an elevator.

A refundable deposit of $250 per week (up to $1,000 for stays of four weeks or more) is required, taken by credit card at check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21, with a photo ID required.
This is a dog-friendly resort. Pet fee of $125 for one dog or $185 for two dogs, plus 11% tax per unit, payable upon check-in. Max: 2 dogs per unit 70lbs max weight limit per dog. Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.
The pool and hot tub will be closed for about two weeks from March 11, 2025
