This perfect midtown location is close to restaurants, shopping, night life, and just 2 blocks to the beach! With its bay front outdoor pool, and area for fishing and crabbing, the building is a delight. The condo is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the canal - it is equipped with full kitchen, microwave, 2 TV'S, DVD, and central a/c. Priced right, this rents quickly. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building for tenants use. Boat docks are available, first come first served, advance payment and registration required. $75 weekly, $50 weekend. There is parking for 1 car, the unit is non smoking. No pets allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Nice Condo
Pool needs more chairs, relatively clean condo in good location, should supply paper products would be appreciated. Would consider staying again if in OCMD.
