Enjoy great ocean and bay views from your 2 private balconies. This spacious 1 bedroom, den condo has been converted into 2 private bedrooms, living room/ dining area, kitchen and bath.(note - less sq ft then the 2 br /2ba condo) If you leave the bedroom door open, you actually have a good ocean view from there as well. This condo is fully equipped with kitchen, full size washer/dryer, microwave, TV, Free WiFi, phone, central a/c, furniture on both balconies, and parking for 1 car. Enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis too! Smoking allowed on balconies only. The building charges a registration fee due on arrival. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.

Fantastic place in great location for small children
We had a great one week stay with a 4 & 2 year old in late August. We all loved the condo and especially the close proximity to the nearby park and grocery store. The views from the room are fantastic. This condo also has a second balcony overlooking the bay. The first two days we had dolphins swimming just off shore from our beach setup. The only negatives we had is that you have to drive an additional 10+ minutes towards the boardwalk to retrieve & return your room keys, these are not given to you in the lobby. Also the master bed is quite uncomfortable. That aside, we would definitely return to this condo again!

1309 was a wonderful stay for myself and my 5 family members! We really enjoyed ourselves, it was very clean when we arrived, easy and early check-in! The only down fall would have to the kitchen. It’s very small and the stove needs to be updated or clean! The smoke detector would go off when we would use the oven!! But besides that everything was perfect!!
