Great for family with little kids. Our little one had a blast by the kids’ pool everyday. This place had various options for different cuisines. Staffs were very helpful and friendly and addressed our needs.

Excellent Nusa Dua hotel option!!! Beautiful daily breakfast! Very friendly staff around the hotel. Room was great size with a great view - a little musty though; you need to check/clean/replace your ventilation system. Would definitely stay here again! I have already recommended this hotel to many people!!

Ok I'm going to sound like a Karen here but absolutely not a 5* hotel sorry. A good 3*, below average 4*. Pretty run down and not what I expected for Bali prices (I waited to review until I had stayed in others) - the rooms are huge and lovely but dated and worn, tiling/grout etc. look dirty as its old, vents are disgusting to be honest, some sunbeds broken etc. etc. I even got dripped on by the air con leaking in reception as I was trying to check out which made me laugh and summed up the experience tbh. The staff are lovely and try hard to please but unless you're going to really take advantage of the cocktail hour and soft drinks/coffee all day it's not worth the Palace premium IMO. Maybe the rooms are a lot better than standard rooms, I don't know? The pool is lovely but small and it's not limited to adults which I didn't realise so my bad on that but means the small pool is overridden with kids for parts of the day, not ideal for relaxation which is what I was there for. Ask for the a la carte breakfast menu as they don't openly provide, though on the second day I pointed to an option which I'd had the day before and was delivered scrambled egg on a soggy piece of bread so this is also hit and miss. They also told me one price for a taxi and it was more than 3x that in the end - this happened a lot with info, i.e. told one price for massage, charged another - just don't seem to be clued up. The beach and water itself is lovely but no loungers on it - public beach

Ayodya palace was wonderfull great service i saw a bad reveiw on youtube 6 months ago and oh how they were wrong the place is pumping very clean heeps to do and with access to the best beach in nusa dua easy the best resort in nusa dua and also very safe from bali belly as they freeze all ice etc from bottled water

I cannot fault this resort. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the food is great, everything is well priced and the inclusions (particularly when staying in the palace) are fantastic. There's plenty of activities so you'll never rum out of things to do. We would love to go back next time we are in Bali. I highly recommend!

This is our second stay at the property and still not over it. Still want more, to stay more. All thanks to awesome staff at this place. Ambience of the property entrance is amazing. Staff will go over and above to help out with any requests. Even if you bump into the GM of the property Vineet, he will take some time to have a chat with you. Breakfast time was the best time for our group with so much variety. Now that Ganesha also serves breakfast we have plenty of options and delicious too. Only thing I don't like about this property in both visits is bathrooms. They have shower over bath and also showers are bit fiddly. Apart from that nothing to deduct points from.
