I cannot fault this resort. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the food is great, everything is well priced and the inclusions (particularly when staying in the palace) are fantastic. There's plenty of activities so you'll never rum out of things to do. We would love to go back next time we are in Bali. I highly recommend!

This is our second stay at the property and still not over it. Still want more, to stay more. All thanks to awesome staff at this place. Ambience of the property entrance is amazing. Staff will go over and above to help out with any requests. Even if you bump into the GM of the property Vineet, he will take some time to have a chat with you. Breakfast time was the best time for our group with so much variety. Now that Ganesha also serves breakfast we have plenty of options and delicious too. Only thing I don't like about this property in both visits is bathrooms. They have shower over bath and also showers are bit fiddly. Apart from that nothing to deduct points from.

What an amazing place to stay. This hotel is huge and the grounds are beautiful. The staff were very helpful and so friendly. I loved the private beach. It was clean and everything I’d hoped for. There are so many good things to say about this hotel. Room was lovely. Pools were clean and we always got sun beds around them. Towels were provided. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a huge beautiful resort. There were a couple of worn out things in my room though - a board coming off the wall behind the bed, AC stuck on 21 degrees, missing grout in the bathroom. The common areas are lovely though. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the brekky buffet is great

Great place with lots to do! As noted by others, rooms are a bit dated bit does not really matter when you spend only sleeping houra in the room and the rest outside around the resort. Pools and activites are great for kids. Would recommend!

The grounds and pool around Ayodya are fabulous. Stunning setting and very relaxing. Wonderful buffet brrakfast. The rooms could use a little upgrading but were large and comfortable. The kids club was terrible sadly. The staff barely interacted with the kids and spent more time hair braiding. I wouldnt be surprised if kids left on their own accord without the staff noticing. When we came back to get our kids on the first day they were busting to go to the toilet as the staff hadnt interacted at all to even ask them if they needed to go. Also they didnt ask them if they wanted the play stations on and our kids assumed they were broken. They are 4, 7 and 8. A disappointment amongst a wonderful time at Ayodya.
