Our first floor, oceanfront condo is located in the popular Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. as well as the private balcony.
This unit easily sleeps 5. Beds include: One (1) queen in the master bedroom, One (1) bunk bed (Twin over Queen) in the second bedroom. Each bedroom contains their own air conditioners, ceiling fans and tv with cable. Master bedroom has attached bathroom. The second bathroom is located next to the entry into the second bedroom.
Linens are include. Renters must provide their own soap, bath towels and toilet paper.
Living room includes air conditioner, two lazy boy recliners, a sofa and tv with cable. Kitchen includes: coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, cookware along with cooking utensils.
The oceanfront pool area is a great place to relax when not on the beach.
Outdoor grill is available for your use during your stay.

1st Visit to Myrtle Beach
The condo was as described. We like the fact it is a smaller complex. The condo reminded us of a beach cottage. The area is quiet and so was the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. The couch could be replaced but isnt a deal breaker. Bed was comfortable. The beach was clean and not crowded. Neil was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again if in the area.

We all loved our stay here ! Everything was just super easy . Neil gives you detailed arrival instructions, so there was no issues at all. The view from the condo balcony did not disappoint ,and the condo itself was immaculate and clean for our arrival. It had everything there to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. (including beach chairs !) We watched dolphins play right out front , a beach that was only steps away and sunrises that take your breath away . Would definitely love to come back and stay at Neil's place again!

Perfect ocean front view and access.
Having the ocean front view and easy access is very important to us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We did have concerns about the individual room a/c units since we had not had them in the past stays. The units worked fine in keeping the rooms comfortable. I actually looked at availability for next year, but not available for our dates.

Had a very good stay. Most important thing we look for is a clean rental and this unit fit the bill. Easy access to the beach, great view from the balcony and ease of access to parking made our stay very enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children. Check in was super easy, parking was convenient and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and being able to walk right out on the beach. The unit was clean and provided all our needs. Property owner was polite and responsive to my messages in a timely manner. There is also a pullout couch that came in handy. Unit is conveniently located to near a grocery store as well. Would recommend!

So peaceful!
What a wonderful experience! The unit was just as described, clean and so cozy. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching/listening to the ocean and the unit is so close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked - we had everything we needed. In addition, the complex is very quiet and inviting. Can’t wait to go back again!

When we arrived at the condo, it had not been cleaned. We contacted the owner and within an hour, housekeeping arrived and cleaned the unit. It was a pleasure working with Neil. The condo was everything we hoped for.

Excellent location, loved short distance to the beach. The condo was nicely furnished. We had a great stay. Just a few minor issues. Would have been nice to have instructions for tv's in bedrooms. Could not get either one to work. Also, doors need a little TLC. The bedrooms and outer door all stuck. Could not open with out tugging, noisy.

Great Location; Short Walk to the Beach
The property is located right along the beach, perfect for walking right out to catch the waves, collect sea shells or just be. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was clean. The two lazy boy type chairs in the living room are a bonus for us older people. My only recommendation would be to change some light bulbs, several are burnt out and update their basket on the counters containing local brochures and such—some are from 2019. I reached out to Neil for restaurant suggestions and he was quick to respond—much appreciated.

Stayed "off-season" (spring break 2022). Can't beat a morning coffee staring at the surf and a nightcap doing the same... right from the balcony. On a clear night, could just make out the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel in the distance to the south. Kids said: "same beach, same unit next year... PLEASE." Thank you for the opportunity.
