My wife and I brought the puppies for a two day stay, the first room they put us in was trashed and hadn’t been checked the second room. They put a sin didn’t have a microwave or adequate toilet paper. The hot tub was scolding It was so hot. It burned my foot just checking on it, it was reported to staff and nothing was done, this place was a whole and ruined my entire trip. We left one day early because of this won’t use Expedia again.

My wife and I brought the puppies for two days stay and we left after one day because, to start the room they put us in, had never been turned and was filthy, they had to put us in another room, which was pretty dirty as well, the main thing was the hot tub was so hot It scolded me and another guest, we’re not talking a little hot. We’re talking scolding, boiling hot, I let the staff know far as I can tell nothing was done to stay was so bad we left after one night. In addition, no microwave in the room pretty ridiculous.

Service was slow. Barely any staff to attend to the rooms. Room reeked of cigarettes. No screens on the windows to air out the room on the bottom floor without fear of someone climbing through the window. Chain on the door was broken. Room was outdated, furniture was old, stained, and broken. The carpet was filthy. Bathroom fixtures were rusted, tub/shower was moldy, and there were dead bugs. Walls are paper thin, we heard every step from those staying in the room above us. Location was both a negative and positive. You are close to the town center but you’re right on the main road and if you have a room facing the road, you will hear every car that passes by.

Horrible! Should be called Green Ghetto! Light switch to enter was broke. Had to fumble and almost fall over the iron board and iron set up in middle of room to find a light switch that worked. Then had to put away iron board. Floor was not vaccumed, bathtub was dirty along with walls. No coffee maker, no microwave (although was advertised as available) and no clock. I called down for wifi code, and was put on hold for over 15 min. Never did get it. Ice machine was broken. No fast coffee anywhere. Had to go to restraunt. I have photos, but the add photo button is not working.

The property was dated and required a good cleaning. The balcony was good, it would be better with a working light and perhaps a table for the drinks. Pool was down for routine repair(normal) but received no advanced notice. Three pieces of equipment in the gym room was out of order and the two peloton bikes with no subscription for use.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely awful. We arrived at 6:30 PM for our room. We were told the room was not cleaned yet and we would receive a call within an hour. We returned to the hotel at 9PM and our room was still not ready. We waited until 10PM to get checked into our room - which upon arrival had a ball of hair in the bathtub and 5 ladybugs on the ceiling. The front staff informed us to come back to the desk in the morning to speak with a manager regarding our check in and reimbursement, but no one was present at the desk in the morning. This service was ridiculous, there were no accommodations prepared for those who had to wait and none of our concerns were handled. We were informed a manager would reach out and have received nothing. The money spent at this stay was not worth it and I would like to get a reimbursement for the cost.

The property was very nice and clean, close to everything, only downfall was the indoor pool was closed for the entire 3 days we were there. Was hopping to go for a swim to relax but did not happen . Breakfast buffet was on point ! Excellent options and delicious!

This is a great place to stay. No problems checking in. They also have a washer/dryer for anyone to use. That was helpful, since this was mid-way through our trip. This is right in the middle of town - easy access to food, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was a good stay. The staff was good. The only problem was that when we arrived the room they gave us wasnt cleaned. They were very nice and gave us another room roght away. So over all a good stay.

La chambre n'étais pas prête pour 16h.nous l'avons eu qu'a 17:30. Pour l'accueille, c'était froid, l'homme qui etait a l'accueille, était sans façon et ne c'est pas excusé pour le retard de la chambre. Les lits sont carrément fini, aucun confort. Et il n'y svais plus de papier de toilette. J'ai du prendre mes kleenex.. C'etais notre 4 ieme fois a cette hotel , et c'est la première fois que c'était comme ça
