Hotel was a little outdated and in some disrepair (our room had some decor on the wall falling, windows were not cleaned and was not a clear view) and room dirtier than expected (we found clumps of hair on the floor upon check in). Area was perfect to be close to the wharf and downtown, but not worth the price.

Desk never offered information about pool hours, heated pool was too cool. No knowledge of local Christmas events to offer information. No maps to offer either. Had to ask where I could change into suit for pool. It’s basically a bathroom with shower stall that was falling apart. Room and furnishings need upgrades. Tiny bathroom in the king bedroom that had no fan, no space to put toiletries. No plastic cups offered for brushing teeth, no shower cap. Went to use the bath tub and water had an orange tint. Would not recommend this establishment.

The TV screen was nice but unfortunately the stations didn't match the TV guide except for one station. And it was mostly advertisements on each station. Very disappointing as I could not watch TV and there isn't much else to do in a hotel room especially if you are alonge. The toilet flush was not working 100% which was another issue. And walls need servicing. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Not much of a restaurant. We came at night around 8:45 and left after 10 minutes. Hotel is very dated and had heavy floral scent everywhere. Staff was great, but it’s just an ok hotel,for the money.

The bathroom was really small comparable to a cruise ship. The windows were poorly cleaned it was difficult to see the harbor view. The headboard was poorly fastened to the wall as it almost took my arm off while I was in a deep sleep. I was credited back my $35 resort fee as compensation🙄

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to shopping, dinning and right on the water. The room was a little outdated and the walls were thin. We could hear our neighbors TV and being load. I would definitely stay here again but request a corner room
