Loved the hotel, roof top bar and the concierge Peter Garcia was outstanding! He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about things to do and see. Room ac was very loud and annoying.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Viking. Would have been nice to have the option for non-valet parking, so we could come/go as we pleased without requesting the car.

I liked the historic property and area around it. I didn’t like the fact that i paid for a king and was forced to take a double bed with no warning… to make up for it they gave 0 price adjustment, but sent us a $9 bottle of wine and a cheese platter… so much for $750/night. You stay here for the area, but probably not the service or the property itself

Good location, needs an update
I had to change rooms twice to finally be in a room that was acceptable. One room had a horrible, ancient pullout that should be thrown in the garbage. Hotel staff were kind and tried to fix the problem. This hotel is in a fabulous location but is old and tired, really needs an update.

Amazing!
This was the best hotel we have stayed in. Felt like a mansion, so beautiful! Everyone was so polite. The view from our room was really pretty too. It was in walking distance to a lot of things to see and do.

The staff member that checked us in was not Overly friendly. The staff that checked us out was amazing. The restaurant fl for breakfast was slow. Didn’t refill our coffee or check on us after our food came. They were not very good
