There was hair in my bed and when i called the front desk i was instructed to strip the bed and come to the desk to get fresh sheets. I than made my own bed. So I paid $115 to make my own bed

This was the absolute worst. I had checked into the property, the room wasn’t cleaned! I notify the front desk immediately and I am given another room and that was also dirty. I tried to get my money back but the front desk agent wasn’t authorized to do it and Expedia only offered 1/2 of my money back. So I still had no room and no refund. The front lobby was filled with other people who had the same issue. I was told to contact the manager the next day. I ended up sleeping in my car for the night.
