I wasn’t aware on the amount that was on my bill the first night the lady didn’t explain it well enough the breakfast as well not being complimentary and not exposing it also is a bust ! But I do want to shout out the two gentlemen on the shuttle in the morning David and the Afternoon guy I’m not sure his name starts with A they made our stay amazing on the shuttle I’m big in shouting out because I also work in a hotel so for them 10’stars.

When we booked the hotel ithe breakfast was inclued in the fare. In the morning. We went to have breakfast and the receptionist told us the breakfast wasn't included. They charged $20.for breakfast, $22 for parking. The hotel in very old for what we pay for.

Staff not knowledgeable when ask train to airport, she does not know. Considering the shuttle bus only reach the train shuttle towards the airport proper in relation to time management comfort n less hassle due to early flight, and cold weather
