The lady who checked me in was nice, but the lady next to her was not. When I came back down to ask for a crib for my baby after driving 4 1/2 hour and was tired. Her reply was "what do you need" The bathroom was dirty and full of hair. Hotel is nice but could have better staff.

The lady at the front desk was lovely and helpful. But she seemed like there was an awful lot on her shoulders- perhaps having an additional front desk person? Also, our first room we were given already had someone in it! The system was down and there was no way to tell the others had checked in online. The front desk employee handled it great, apologized multiple times and corrected the error. My heart went out to her, as there was so much out of her hands. Well done in a stressful situation!
