This hotel was great for what we needed. Good location across from a big mall with plenty food options, good breakfast and nice size room for the 6 of us. Convenient access to get to NY. Would stay here again.

You have to pay 29 dollars a day to park and there were not a lot of parking spots because of big containers all over the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible every day

Great staff and super friendly service. Rooms are clean and spacious. The issues I had was with the shuttle. On the arrival everyone waited for more than hour, eventually taking a shuttle for a different hotel. On my way to the airport at 5:30 the shuttle was full, which means you have to wait for another one or order an Uber.

It's a bit far from transit. Otherwise nice place. But given a choice I'd probably prefer to stay in the city. This hotel is good if you're only looking to spend a night to catch a flight from Newark

Staff were either absent or completely disinterested. Rooms were ok but showing signs of wear and not totally clean. Embassy Suites across the street kind enough to provide shuttle when Hampton one didn’t turn up.

The hotel beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The reason I would never stay at or recommend this hotel again is because of the young front desk girl working and the lack of airport shuttle service. We waited at the airport for over 65 minutes (at the pick up destination) for the shuttle. By the way, it’s very confusing to actually find the pick up area. Air bus to the air train to the pick up spot. I tried calling the hotel number 12 times and no one ever picked up. Finally we asked the security guard if the Hampton Inn shuttle comes here and she told us they we not showing up regularly today so people were going back to terminal 2 to get an uber to the hotel. That is what we did. The wait for an uber was huge! So we took a taxi that cost $45. When we got to the hotel, i confirmed with the girl working if the number I was calling was correct. She said yes, I asked why someone didn’t pick it up and she just shrugged me off. Then she argued with me that the shuttle came and went all day. The shuttle NEVER came the whole time we waited. She was extremely confrontational and defensive. I’ve never met anyone as rude as her working in hospitality at a front desk position. There is a Embassy Hotel located right next door to this hotel. Their shuttle ran regularly and I would stay there next time. Best thing about this hotel is there was a great IHOP located right next door for breakfast!
