Great location in Chinatown...easy walk to Little Italy, Freedom Tower, the Oculus, Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street, and the Village. Hotel was immaculate, modern and a great daily rate.

The room and beds were good but i didn't enjoy the bathroom. The shower didn't have a door and water kept splashing out and wetting the floor. The water pressure on the bathroom faucet was too much and we kept get splashed. The bathroom was definite negative.

This hotel provides great value against other options. the room is more spacious than typical city hotels, and comes with a refrigerator. it's walking distance to downtown. to the historic lower eastside, to buses and subway lines, and of course, to Italian and chinese food options. i had a problem with elevator service, and staff were prompt to respond to it. they also welcomed me as a solo traveler very warmly each day.

Wonderful location in LES Chinatown! Everything is walking distance from this hotel. The room was clean and well equipped with working electronics (fridge, iron, coffee maker). The bathroom is in need of updating - some mismatched tile on the flooring. The continental breakfast was good! Fruit, eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffle station, and French pastries like croissants were available. Our front desk in check in, Blanca, the best! She made us feel so welcome and facilitated our late check out. The gym is nice - they had cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine. The lobby bathrooms need more frequent checking up on, cleaning and restocking.

Disappointed.
We were not greeted with A friendly front desk. Did not feel welcomed at all. The shower faced was not easy to use. The bathroom door would not close. The AC did not adjust to set temperature desired. The beds were not comfortable at all. We paid for three people to occupy room. We were only given two vouchers for breakfast. The reception did not mention about anything. We had to figure ourselves what to do. We would not stay here again.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. When needing extra towels late into the evening, they were brought to use in a timely manner. Any and all questions were answered with a cheerful demeanor. The hotel is located near two subway stations so getting around was easy and accessible.

You can’t charge for a room with a balcony if the balcony is shared by multiple rooms and not private, and people can walk by your room. That was very weird. Also the ice machine on our floor was not working and it was not fixed after we informed the staff about it
