Only a block from grand central terminal and access to subways taking you everywhere. A short walk from times square and the broadway theaters. Lots of restaurants many cuisines andprice ranges. Rooms and halls decorated with original art. Our room had booksto borrow. We've stayed here before and will happily stay here again.

Fabulous hotel for family trip
Fabulous 5 night stay in this hotel. Central location 3 minute walk from Grand Central. Friendly, attentive staff. Room cleaned daily and was spotless. Had a gallery room with 2 queen beds was perfect for family of 4 with young adult children (18 & 21). Great shower and lighting in the bathroom. Free tea and coffee every morning from 7-10am. Mini fridge in room, fresh water every day. Free case storage on last day as had evening flight. Will stay again if visit NYC in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful historic property conveniently located close to all the major landmarks. Restaurant downstairs struggled a bit being short staffed and closing down unexpectedly when we had reservations. Other than that all was perfect.

Small and cozy hotel with class and character
Lobby staff and front desk staff were very polite and friendly. Cleaning staff were easy to warm up to and kept safety in mind. The bed was comfortable and warm, and the room had excellent lighting. The toilet was startlingly noisy though.

Comfortable friendly hotel in great location
A really comfortable friendly hotel in a great location near to Grand Central amd 34th St ferry terminal. Perfect for our travel plans and a comfortable quiet stay. The only minor detail is the bar/restaurant doesn't properly open until 4pm. There were lots of people waiting in the lobby before and after check out (self included). The business might benefit from this captive audience at lunchtimes. Only a minor detail though, will still come back to our new favourite hotel in Manhattan.

Perfect spot for Christmas trip
The Renwick was the perfect spot for our week long stay (two adults and two kids - 13 & 11) over Christmas week. We stayed in a suite and it was great to have the extra space (plus fridge and microwave). The bed was huge and very comfortable and the kids were happy with the pull out couch in the living area. The room and property were super clean. Coffee in the attached bar/restaurant every morning was a nice touch. Speaking of the bar, we stopped in one night and the cocktails were phenomenal (so were the duck fat fries!). Lastly, the location was perfect - walkable to so much but not right in the middle of all of the crowds and only two blocks to Grand Central.
