The property location was convenient to everything. The overall cleanliness of the rooms have declined. The headboard was stained. The sofa scent wasn't fresh. The floor didn't get vacuumed during our 3 night stay. The drapery in our last stay was stained. We have being staying at the hotel for the past 4 years and have noticed a great decline in the upkeep of the rooms. I think it was my last stay.

Spent a weekend in Manhattan doing the typical touristy things we haven’t done in a while. Dinner, Radio City Christmas show and a Broadway show. We historically have stayed at the Michelangelo and have always had a great experience, (staff, beautiful property, etc.)

Double charged our room on our trip
We had a 5 day trip and were charged for trip during the stay, then we were double charged. Had I not been on top of checking my bank then it couldve slipped through. It took days for money to go back in- warning: seemed suspicious. It was stressful. This could ruin someones trip in the big city if you are having another $3-4k double charged and pulled from your account. They did nothing to accommodate us after the stress.
