Kudos to Sandy at reception who was able to weave three separate reservations and a mistake by me into a seamless stay in one of the corner balcony rooms. She went far beyond what anyone else would do to ensure we had a comfortable and happy stay - and greeting us by name every day! Sandy is a gem!

It's a nice hotel in a good area of New York. I've no complaints about the amenities, although it would be nice if they offered rooms with a bathtub. One slight irritant, like an increasing number of hotels, they no longer offer a daily clean of your room. I suppose this is being done for environmental reasons, but it's preferable if the room is cleaned at the customer's convenience, not the hotel's.
