The property itself was good. The surrounding location, however, was quite unclean and right next to a police station.

Very difficult to get a hold of staff. Multiple rooms with issues. Advertised that airport shuttle is provided which is false. Provided with a fee. Same as if you were to get your own Uber/Lyft.

It’s just average. If you Just need a bed and a shower this will do. We had an alarm blaring in our room at 2am. Front desk had no explanation. And then it blasted again at 11pm that night. Doors slam really loud for every room. Hard to sleep. When will hotels ever start to care about the slamming doors? Happens everywhere. Staff was decent. Check in process is silly. It takes forever. They need to figure out hope to expedite check in.

The parking lot is just across the street for about $60 a day but no in and out The towels were very thin and old Ice machine only in lobby But it is right in the middle between Times Square and Madison Square Garden If you stay here don’t bring a car Subway is very close and efficient

Bathroom had hairs in it that were not ours upon checking in. Our room was not available until after check-in time. Front desk not friendly/helpful. Lots of rats outside of hotel, and someone doing drugs on sidewalk right next to hotel. Positives were that it was walking distance to Times Square, and rooms seemed updated.
