I liked the complementary bottled water and the lemonade in the lobby. The staff was helpful and attentative. I wasn't crazy about the grim view from our window at the back of the hotel.

Good spot.
Friendly staff. Convenient to our daughter who lives in the East Village. Breakfast was better than expected, and loved having a free coffee bar in the lobby. Elevators were a little wonky and one of the two was broken down for most of our stay.
