This property was upscale and clean. Rooms were fairly large by Manhattan standards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is quieter than other areas of Midtown. Our room had a sliding frosted glass barn door for the bathroom which is not ideal for privacy though the bathroom itself had a large tub which was nice. The air conditioner struggled to maintain temperatures below 70 even though it was set to the minimum of 68. The hotel is not super close to major subway connections but a couple lines are walkable within 5 to 10 minutes. In summary, a very good hotel with a few small low impact issues.

The location is perfect for all destinations in tri state - Long Island city , Brooklyn , all other parts of city. The rooms are small, but clean and chic, they give a NYC high end tiny apartment vibe. The staff members who changed daily were all amazing, helpful and cool. Do plan to return.

Upgrade was lousy. 2nd floor room with a/c behind the curtains do to feel the A/C you had to open the curtains so that everyone from the street can see in. TV did not work. Stuck on CNN, haha. Hôtel came and fixed it and when we returned in the evening it had reverted back to being stuck on CNN. This happened on a Saturday with great football games on, which was missed. Hotel was busy and the employees showed their unhappiness.

The hotel facility, service and room sizes won’t match with the price that has been charged. Terrible experience, I won’t recommend and I will never stay in this hotel again.
