We had the best experience with this property and its walking distance to shops and restaurants!! The staff was amazing, especially our girl at the front desk…always had a smile and ready to help with all your needs!!! It was our first time to NY and it won’t be our last at this property!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean but the bathroom needed some work. It’s an older hotel just a block from Times Square. I had some questions about the billing but Monique took great care of us, explaining everything in great detail. Thank you Monique!!
