This property is absolutely terrible. Looks nothing like the pictures. Is filthy dirty both the bedroom and bathroom felt unclean. The chairs were complete worn stained and dirty. The hotel staff was complete rude and unhelpful. They have no dining onsite and don’t try to go to the bar. They rarely have someone there to service you. Worst stay in nyc, there are notices for D rating all over the building and tenant notices on every floor and all over the doors of the building. Do not recommend this hotel

Decent hotel, great view but outdated facilities
The view was what made this room tolerable. We had a corner junior suite. The couch bed was a twin and felt like plywood. The toilet didn’t work well and the carpets were pretty disgusting. The elevators were also an issue, too many people and not enough working elevators. It would take forever to get downstairs. The tvs were very outdated as well. The staff was okay, before the bell hop even touched my bags he reminded me he works off tips.
