Front desk upgraded me to a room w/a wonderful view of the Empire State Bldg., at no cost. Bathroom seemed very new, plenty of space for a NY room, beds comfortable. Noon checkout, vs. usual 11am, was especially nice after a late night out. Will definitely book there again, when the prices are right. Only trouble was that one elevator was being renovated. In a tall building, that did make for a long wait and crowded car. That said, guests cooperated w/each other, joking about the issue, so, it was not a big problem.

In the middle of korea town, walkable to many dining option, cafe/bakery, convinience store, even shopping (nordstorm rack) and variety shops.... all staffs are very friendly and helpfull and seems happy at their job, hotel very clean, beds are comfy.... no laundry room though, it says they have laundry but it thru the hotel not self laundry...

Hotel is really well located near Time Square, Central Park and other boutiques. Rooms are good overall, maybe a bit small. And only downside is that one of the 2 elevators was broken which made waiting time a bit longuet than usual.

This hotel was so bad that I went to room came right back down and canceled my reservation had to go find a diff hotel last min This hotel is worst then a motel 6 Crunchy bed… disgusting room… bugs ect

A true gem!!
This is truly a hidden gem…the rooftop deck looks at the Empire State Building and the staff was some of the best I have ever experienced. This is a quaint place full of character!

The front desk was friendly and professional. Only one elevator was working which created long waits. The beds were okay but the pillows were awful— hard! The room showed some wear and tear but was clean. The rooftop was nice for some fun photos. There is an onsite bar and restaurant.

It was friendly staff and we were able to wander in late at night and it was safe premisies. It was a great spot for young people and had lots to offer Suggest to fix the 2nd lift as only 1 lift was operational Well done and would stay again overseas sites as well if similar
