This is the first time we stayed at the Hyatt Centric Wall Street, and it was amazing! The property was decorated for the holidays, we were able to check in a little early to our two rooms, the price was very reasonable, and the rooms were so spacious and well laid out. The shower and bath were huge! The hotel was quiet, and the amenities were great, including accessible outlets and chargers, a fridge and free bottled water. The location is easily reached by the Fulton Street stop where you can get just about anywhere. Staff, especially Josh, were lovely. We will be back!

No VIP perks were granted at time of check-in. we were put into room 918, facing Water Street. 24/7 construction going on on Water Street, and we were not able to sleep for 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday nights). As a Platinum member I should have been given an upgrade at least, but nothing. The person who assigned us the room knew exactly that this was not a good room.

The only reason I’m giving the stay 3/5 stars is because we paid for the largest suite through Expedia. Once we arrived the staff which was very kind and helpful let us know Expedia over booked that room as it was already taken and therefore we were accommodated in smaller suite. We did still fit, but we were disappointed as we had paid for a way larger suite. Nevertheless, location was very convenient and the staff was friendly!
