The staff were great and the location is extremely convenient. Overall a four star experience especially given the low quality of Manhattan hotels in general. However, the room somewhat alarmingly featured big signs on the window about the dangers of human trafficking which is good information for those in danger but it seemed a pretty worrying sign of what kind of hotel this might be! Also the breakfast wasn’t great.

Very accommodating. Only issue is we were on the 21st floor and always waited for the elevator for at least 10 minutes. But there were only 2 elevators so that’s understandable. Overall, really good stay and property.

Perfect spot, wonderful service
Voco was perfect for our family stay in NYC. The location is perfect- close to everything but just enough away to not be crazy. They let us check in a couple hours early which was awesome, and there was hot chocolate and popcorn in the lobby every night that my kids loved. They kept our bags for free on check out day til we were ready to leave. I wasn’t expecting that to be free- that’s good service. The room was small but clean and all we needed.

Great place to stay and amazing staff!
I booked this hotel based on other reviews on how great the staff and overall good experience other guests had while they stayed at the voco hotel Times Square, and I will happily say that the other reviews were spot on! Everyone who worked at this hotel was professional, courteous , smiling and above all happy to help when needed. I recommend to anyone who asks that this is a great place to stay. (And I’m not a typical person who leaves reviews;))
