The rooms had everything you needed during your stay. Staff were polite, efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is good for walking and close to shops, restaurants and subway stations. The area around the hotel was clean and safe. Rooms were clean and well soundproofed, couldnt hear other guests or noise from the street below. The free breakfast was good and had different options each morning, but does get very busy.

The property was good- gym is amazing. Lobby staff was wonderful- including the breakfast staff. Rooms were clean- pull mattress is in need of replacing. Area is very rough, lots of unhoused.

The best location in New York. We had really nice time staying there with my fam. Literally 5-7 minutes to Time Square, 30 min walk to Central Park and 10 min to the biggest mall Macy in New York. Perfection!!! Also, our breakfast was incredible, fruits, coffee, omelets, huge options to any type of breakfast. Thank you!

The location was very convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was great, but we did have a few issues. We had a suite for 5 people, but the staff would not leave 5 towels even when we left a note requesting it. One day it took 5 phone calls before they delivered an extra towel. I would also have preferred a bathroom door that latched for privacy, rather than a sliding door. Also, although the food selection for the free breakfast was impressive, the seating options were not sufficient, so we often had to take our food up to our room. Finally, we had a lot of issues with key cards not working, which was particularly an issue because you needed a key card to use the elevator.

Decent stay, good location close to everything
Room service is not done everyday during your stay. Even when the room service is there, they only clean what you request them to. They didn’t make the bed. Bed was squeaky whenever we moved so pretty much got restless night. Breakfast option are limited. Overall, a average experience!

Our room was very spacious with a kitchen, very clean, they cleaned it daily. Free delicious breakfast every day and a young host named Jorge was so kind and pleasant, considerate, always helping everyone, interesred in where everyone was from. Such a sweet young man whi took the time to talk to everyone.

Our two queen size beds in the room was perfect for my family of four. With ample amount of space for our little ones to get around. Not to mention a small kitchen with a stove and fridge. Incredible value for your money. We highly recommend!!

Well I arrived around 7am and the automatic doors wasn't releasing to open. So we stood in the door way until someone notice us. Other than that, we did the early check in. Our room was a good size for 3 of us. Breakfast was good as well. We got our hospitality water. Housekeeping came the same day we check -in, that was strange. Our room accommodation was very comfortable. The bed was okay, the pillows were flat. It was still a pleasant stay. Oh i didn't see any USB ports and the wall socket didn't charge our phones, only the outlet near the range. We took turns using it.

The suites were amazing and clean. There was a full size fridge, microwave, dishes and stove. Great to store all the treats we got in Chinatown and easy to reheat our food. Staff was attentive and kind. 15 min walk to Times Square and lots to see and eat on the way. There are some homeless around but never felt unsafe. Great location would stay here again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, very well located for main attractions - easy walk to Macy’s, Times Square and Penn Station for Airport links. Room was a decent size and as it was a self catering suite had a lot of features - Fridge, plenty of power sockets. Breakfast buffet was free at the hotel which is a real bonus.

I really enjoyed myself; however, housekeeping didn’t come and had to be called two times during our 3 night stay. Frustrating after a long day of touring and then you come back to your room to get ready for dinner and a show with your room not freshened. On the flip side, the front desk staff is extremely friendly and considerate!

Close to Time Square and Penn Station made getting around town easy with being close to the subway station. The room was cleaned daily and was quiet. Had a nice roof top with seating. Breakfast was decent. Elevator was enabled with room key. Our stay was enjoyable and staff was helpful.
