Right on top of the ACE subway; really convenient for getting uptown & downtown. Hotel itself was good, beds are comfortable, the only thing we didn’t like was the shower head is stuck to the wall.

This was a great place to stay. The property is right next to the metro station and some convenience stores. It feels safe at night and was surprisingly quiet for NYC. The staff was friendly and efficient. If I were ever to return to NYC I would certainly stay here again.

A great stay in a convenient location! Easy access to the subway right outside of the hotel and a fantastic pizza place (Lucia) just across the street. Staff was friendly and accommodating when storing our bags both before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it was a very good stay!

This was probably my favorite place I’ve stayed in Manhattan out of the more budget-friendly options we’ve stayed in over the years. Tribeca was a good neighborhood for easy walking and access to great food. It is right around the corner from the Ghostbusters HQ. Right on a subway line that quickly takes you up to Times Square area. The actual hotel room was not as tiny as many others we’ve stayed at. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The room and bathroom were both clean. Staff was kind and helpful when we needed it.

The hotel room was comfortable, quiet and cool. I had to change to my stay and the hotel manager was able to accommodate. The restaurant downstairs was awesome. They have a happy hour and 10% off customers. This may be my go to stay when I travel to New York.

I was put in the wrong room at check in but they quickly resolved this no problem. Rooms are only cleaned every other day so towels and coffee aren’t replaced daily. They do have fresh water in the reception area though. Close to subway, but general area around is dirty and littered. Bed was comfortable and room large, but bathroom was only average with poor lighting.

Worth considering
Great jumping off point for families driving into the city and a subway stop right out the door. A quieter location than many. The room is fine, but could use a refresh. That being said, I would stay again. Very nice staff.
