Comfortable and Accessible
Out stay was amazing and it was helped by the fact that the staff was accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to check in two hours early which was extremely helpful since we had arrived at 6am to the city. Before that they stored all our luggage for us and did the same after we checked out. The hotel is also right next to the subway station that has routes to both Laguardia Airport and JFK, overall this was an excellent experience.

Nice stay in Midtown
We enjoyed a 3-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Midtown East. It was super convenient to lots of attractions and the subway. Being just a few blocks off the action made it quieter at night for better sleep! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed warm drinks in the lobby each morning -- especially given the cold weather. We would stay here again.

About half of the staff were terrible, the other half seemed to want to try and make up for it. Needed an extra blanket. That in itself was a chore, when I did finally get it, it was disgusting, hard in some areas and dirty. I know it’s not an expensive hotel, but this was just awful.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! It was super close to two subway stops that could take us where ever we needed/wanted to go. The bed were very comfy and I really enjoyed having fresh towels every other day.
