Best NYC Stay ever!!!
The hospitality alone was amazing! Everyone was so nice and genuine. Front desk was helpful and never made me feel rushed. Only stayed for a night but I definitely plan on staying here next NYC visit.

If you need dark conditions to sleep, the curtains do not suffice; the big, obvious curtains (greyish) are actually cosmetic and the actual night curtain is behind them, and is not close to being a good blackout curtain. Bring an eyemask if you need darkness to sleep.

Easy friendly check in, nice full breakfast, 24 hr self serve coffee/tea. No microwave in room, but available in lobby. Didn’t like pillows, too soft. Room service all 3 days was late day. Had to ask for extra towels 2 days.

Staff is friendly, property is clean in a great location. Keep in mind you have to pay a $200 fee upon check in but will get it reimbursed as soon as you check out! I will be booking this hotel again!

It was a quick 2-night stay but the staff were very accommodating and even emailed us about our check in time since it would be late at night. The room was clean and comfortable. Only trouble was all the blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way, but the vinyl curtain did cut out most of the sun and it was okay because there weren’t bright lights facing into the room.
