No hot water

Had absolutely NO hot water at all during my stay. Complained at the front desk and was told it was normal to need to wait 10-20 minutes for hot water to arrive on 5th floor. Have never heard of such a thing and think it’s completely ridiculous for a hotel to not have hot water.

Room wasn’t ready : refrigerator been disconnected , full off water, towels dirty with spots, hot water waiting time about 15 min , tv was disconnected . Worse over heating system: wrong numbers on display and as result 4 times at night waking up frozen to restart heater.

The first night there was terrible. My carpet in the room filled with the smell of urine. Then the staff changed the room for me for the second and third nights. Thank GOD they did.
