Felt like the hotel was in an industrial area. Not enough parking in the front for guests. Felt unsafe parking around the back of the property as there is not a door back there to the hotel.Room was noisy from doors slamming shut. Woke me up. Bedding was insufficient as far as warmth m. Pillows soft and lumpy.

Unfortunately, I must give a 1-star rating. Although our room was prepaid, upon arrival, we were asked to provide a credit card for a reservation hold. Several amounts, including ones higher than the room cost, were reserved on our card. A week after we checked out, a charge of several hundred USD was applied to our credit card. Despite multiple calls and emails, and their assurance that they would investigate, we are now 3 weeks later and no resolution has been offered so far.
