The parking situation was good then, then bad .. chose this property due to the Ipark adjacent to hotel... Meaning park and walk into hotel through side door, which we did upon arrival. When leaving they closed that exit and was told I was told I needed to walk all the way around the block (which it was snowing) with luggage to pickup car from Ipark garage. Obviously didnt walk with luggage, but due to the location and construction to get back infront of hotel in took another 45 mins to get my people, when it wouldn't have if we just left from garage. Very rude bellhop with his mandate...

Christmas magic
We rented two rooms for a family trip. We were very happy with our stay on 37th st. The hotel is at a great location, an easy walk from Penn Station and Herald Square. Easy to get to Bryant Park, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. The breakfast is very impressive and well organize. The reception desk was also vey friendly and accomodating. We will definitely stay there on our next teip to NYC.

Great stay . Only issue was asked for pillow and blanket at 11pm . Was not located in the drawers or closet . Said they would send it up . Called twice to guest services no answer on either call. Sent a text . Third call at 1145 asked again for blanket and pillow wanted to go to bed. Finally arrived after midnight

Overall was an okay experience. Rooms are some what old and did not seemed to be cleaned too well. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the drink reception they offer in evenings is such a waste. Only good thing was location and accessibility and the staff were very nice.

Fire alarms went off for over an hour no communication had to go down 38 flights of stairs to find out it was a flood and then walk back up to the 38th floor and the staff at checkout was not very helpful

The fire alarm went off at 3:30 am, due to a water leak on the 2nd floor! But the hotel neglected to inform their 31 floors of guests of this, everyone trying to make their way down 1 stairway was a disaster! The hotel never made any announcements or any apologies for their neglect of response! Poor management!!!!!

Staff was friendly and held our luggage before we could check in our room. Upon checking into our room, the room was clean and spacious enough for three adults. The location of this establishment was for perfect for everything we wanted to do in the city. I would definitely come back!
