Their WiFi hardly worked, and they did not have a refrigerator in the room as offered on their site. They had a "cooler" that hardly kept anything g cold, maintenance suggested I fill it with ice. We will not be coming

While the hotel is in a very busy area- the room was soundproofed enough that it didn’t disrupt sleep. Hotel lobby was presentable but busy since the residence inn and courtyard are connected - different elevators/sides of the building - but shared a lobby.

Location here is perfect. Few blocks from Central Park and Time Square. We didn’t eat on property. Lobby is small and nothing fancy but staff was kind and helpful. We’d be back specifically for the location.

A good stay. Reception staff were friendly and polite. The room was beautifully serviced and cleaned during the week but it over the weekend the service was not as good. Sewage was a problem with drainage on the higher floor. The hotel did resolve the problem but did not check with us everything was okay nor did they offer any compensation or even an acknowledgement for of the mess the toilet caused in our room until I formally complained after checkout on the advice of the reception staff. Location was good and the hotel felt safe.

Front desk personnel not very attentive with their guests. Waiting way too long to get our room. Small refrigerator in room didn't work very well and upon inspection the back grate/grill was extremely dirty along with the motor, compressor and fan. Not sure we'll be staying here again as this was our second time and loved the first.
