I am not very picky so maybe dont quote me lol, but I loved it, I stayed over new years and it was wonderful. Close to public transport, time square, lots of nice restaurants in the area. Staff were very nice! And they were texting me throughout my stay to check on me. The kitchen in the room was a plus, although I never used it. I will return!

Great service! Eduardo was amazing he made sure to check on us and even reached out to me before we checked in. Laundry services were convenient. Not far from Times Square and other locations. Will definitely be back.

Good location/Clean hotel
If you are in the city for work, this is an ideal centralized location. Ithas enough kitchen amenities to be able to do breakfast etc. if you want to stay in for a meal. It also has space if you have to do work from your room. The staff was very friendly.

The room and staff were excellent and the room had plenty of amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, a burner and plenty of dishes and silverware. However, it was almost impossible to get a steady temperature in the room. Either too hot or too cold. Also, the hot water in the shower took forever to get hot and one morning the best I got was lukewarm, Overall a great place to stay

GREAT LOCATION, COMFY BED, SPACIOIS ROOM
Great location for Times Square or Hudson yards Very close to port authority for metro or buses 1$ pizza across the road Deli on the corner Only issues I had was rooms were not cleaned everyday out stay was 7nights, I don’t mind no room cleaning every day but fresh towels would of been great every other day even if it’s just left inside the room behind the door

The bed was comfortable but small. The bathroom door was very hard to close due to warping. The body soap was empty. There wasn’t coffee in the morning or hot choc in pm. I would say the fault was with housekeeping keeping supplies filled. Front desk was nice.

I really wanted to give this property 5 stars, the room was huge it had a kitchen a nice size bathroom, the elevators worked and the room was very clean. The only issues I had was the internet was in and out for most of my stay and the tv only has a few watchable channels. This is my second stay there and I know it won’t be my last simply because of the price and the convenience.

Price for location can't be beat. Room was no frills but clean. Kitchenette was very helpful and everything worked well. The elevator issues others have alluded to were not a problem for us, only waited max a few minutes (but elevators are old).

They only offer housekeeping services for stays of 7 days or more. I stayed for 10 nights and started requesting new sheets, towels, garbage removal at day 6. The staff at the front desk were very kind and requested service through a third party in front of me. It never happened. Otherwise, a perfectly comfortable stay with a great location.

Great location
Glad I made the choice of a place with a kitchen. Had room on 31st floor 3105. Easy walk round the corner from/ to Port Authority Bus Station and subway with luggage as used airtrain and subway from JFK . Food truck on corner in the mornings for bagels/pastries/muffins for $1.50-$2. Fruit stand also nearby had great cheap fruit and veg. Stayed 4 nights so room not serviced which is fine with me. Enough spare garbage bags to leave garbage outside room each day. Laundry room was free ( 2 large washing machines and 2 dryers). Room larger than expected for NYC so enough room for suitcases and carry-ons. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pyrex jug was handy to microwave water for cup of tea. Full sized fridge for groceries (we food shopped at fruit stand, Target, Walgreens and Wholefoods). Bed comfortable. Big drawers to put clothes in so suitcase could be emptied.

I asked for towels in our room and never received them, this happened 3 times. I also didn’t like room service was only once a week and they didn’t showed up until 4:30pm. We had to leave the room in a rush when we had plans to go somewhere and wasn’t planning to leave until 5:30. If someone pays $2,700 to stay there for a week the least you can do is clean the room every other day and make sure there is clean towels. It was in a great location
