Did not like this property at all. One out of two elevators were broken our entire stay..The room was not clean and really run-down. The toilet constantly ran; poor windows so we heard all of the street traffic; no room service so you have to request fresh towels; the tub wasn’t useable as the drain did not hold. Lotions were very good. Free tea and coffee but we didn’t use it.

Very happy with our choice of accommodation. This place offers so much if you're staying for a few days, laundry, free coffee/tea, even freshly baked cookies one day in the lobby. Staff at reception are very helpful, friendly. Everything worked in the room including the kitchen and bathroom. Best of all we walked everywhere.

We had a plumbing in the room which was addressed by the staff. The property needs some upgrading as it is showing its age.

Stay was about what we expected. The only issues I would have to say we had. would be the one front desk's personnel, Roberto. He would not address or even appear to care regarding any issues or requests we had, He barely looked up from his keyboard and computer terminal in his attempt to answer our questions and issues. He would pretend to hear you, then proceed to totally ignore anything we said and return to his screen. Finally, at the beginning of our 3rd day there, Eduardo was at the front desk and proceeded to address our concerns and correct them immediately, thanks again Eduardo The other issue was that there was only one elevator in operation for the 31or 32 floors, The foot traffic in and out of one elevator was too much and took too long, not including all the housekeeping staff having to use the same elevator. A second elevator was available however it was not put into service until our 3rd night there. This was very frustrating and appeared unnecessary. Last issue was that there is no daily or even every other day housekeeping, only once a week if you're there that long. Our stay was for 4 nights.

Bed a little smaller than expected (equivalent to uk double). Aircon a bit dated so was loud (other rooms had updated units). Also as not there the full week we did not have the room ckeaned/fresh towels during the 6 day stay. One lift was not working for first few days so longer waits for the lift on occasion. But room was also clean and adequately equipped (though could have done with bedside table on both sides of the bed). Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free coffee and occasional extras like fruit in the foyer were a nice touch. Excellently sited for access to metro and main sightseeing.

The only down fall on this property was I booked two rooms which we hoped to be close in floors. Out room was great on the 3rd floor but the 2nd room I booked for the Burke’s was on the 11th floor the room was very Dark, fridge and microwave did not work and bathroom door would not close.

I chose this place because of kitchen but the microwave was broken the entire time - believe I deserve a discount. Property is a little tired but clean. Shower curtain kept returning to middle getting water on floor. Most of staff were very nice (especially Eduardo) and made copies for me. Location was good but didn’t feel safe to go out at night alone.

Great location. Close to Times Square and public transportation. Would stay here again. There was only one elevator working during our stay which was somewhat inconvenient.

Room was good, but only 1 small working elevator for 32 floors made for long waits. Toilet in 1304 never shut off completely, so you were wasting water.

This hotel was very convenient for the sights we wanted to see. Room was clean Nothing fancy There was only 1 elevator working and the coffee machine in the foyer was out of order. Hotel did have another urn for coffee but there were often no cups available and the lids did not fit properly. These were minor things and did not interfere with our stay. I would stay at the hotel again.
