First time visiting NYC. So glad we stayed there!
The Artezen is a great place to stay! The concierge service was SPOT ON, the balcony bar had an amazing view and the wait staff were super friendly and helped us celebrate my fiancee's birthday by finding candles with zero notice! On top of all that, it is centrally located in Manhattan so you're close to lots of sites to see. You will be glad you stayed here!

The property was cleaned and well maintained. The staff is nice, professional, helpful and friendly. Nice high rise buildings and rooftops views from rooms. It’s tucked in a small side street area with a side street entrance/door. Narrow small cozy lobby with an Italian style cafe next door The hotel is a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, convenient stores, popular chains corner food shops. And if you’re up for it, a 20 walking distance to the World Trade Center (the mall and the memorial) I’ll be back in couple of months and I’ll definitely will be considering this place for my stay. Recommend A

Outstanding customer service and great location. Quiet at night and extremely comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. We had an issue with the heating but they sent someone up right away and gave us portable heating while they worked on fixing it. Would absolutely recommend!

We stayed here December 15-17th. The hotel was very reasonably priced for Christmas time in NY! It's great hotel that is in a very convenient neighborhood. It's very close to the Fulton Street metro station and it's walkable to a lot of things. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and has everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
