Aliz Hotel Times Square is highly recommended. Being at Times Square area was great to walk all around from the night we arrived. After that hotel offered the chance to go to the rooftop and enjoy the view of the city. It is magnificent! Choosing this hotel is a great decision. The only thing is we would have liked is to have been able to go to the terrace during the day.

Great staff and helpful service who answered all our questions. The Hudson bar with the gorgeous city view at night was definitely worth the hype and had delicious fries and drinks!

It is uniquely a white upper class and even with a fully paid package for over a month I could not check in. But another guest walk in and they get a room. IF YOU ARE BROWN DONT BOTHER WITH THIS HOTEL. Only their staff brown. I have travelled all over the workd and that experience was horrible on Christmas day as well. The hotel cancels my booking based on racial bigotry and you all have the nerve to say I cancelled. I stood at that front desk for 3hrs on Christmas day . O want my refund or I want my refund STEVE FROM EXPEDIA. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN CALL FIVE MINUTES HAVE COME AND GONE.

Rude staff, policies are not transparent. I apologized to front desk staff because I didn’t realize you needed to call an hour before to get your car retrieved from valet (cost: $88) and the response was “Well that sucks.”
