Anyone staying here should know that Hell's Kitchen is not the upper East Side, but there is everything you need in walking distance and more than a few funky restaurants. Very nice staff and property and a free drink at the bar!

The Aliz had exceptional customer service and very tidy rooms. From the seamless check in process and the friendly staff, all interactions were very pleasant. With a rooftop bar with a classic NYC view and a restaurant on the property, it was convenient to obtain the city experience. Something to keep in mind is the long elevator wait time, it can get busy if you are on a higher floor. There were times where we stopped 10 times before getting to the lobby. It is also a little off the beaten path, which can be intimidating if traveling alone. It is close to a continence store and some fast food chains.
