Good Experience
Simple but classy place in an older building. Comfortable bed. Living quarters are tight, but nicely decorated. Floors are old and creaky, but not too bad. Good experience overall, and better than just an average chain hotel. Staff was helpful with concerns I had. I would definitely stay there again.

70 Park was everything that we were looking for in a boutique hotel. The location was so convenient and was just a short walk to grand central station, 5th Ave, Bryant Park and the list goes on. I would definitely recommend staying at 70 Park.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights here in early November when we flew in for a concert. The hotel is a short drive from Laguardia airport which was a nice start. The hotel is in a great location which enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to. Everything we did was within a half hour walk. The staff was also helpful when needed. This was our first trip to NYC and if we do go back we would definitely consider staying here again.
