Saltwater pool was very nice! Rooms were clean and super charming. Staff was unbelievably helpful as I left an item behind after checking out and they stuck around to ensure I could retrieve it when I had to drive back to get it. Very cute exterior and super secure.

Most loudest hotel I have been and horrible wifi
Very noisy hotel due to the air conditioner and location. Air conditioner sounded like jet engine and the room is not insulating for any sound since there is clear gap and is facing directly to the road. How to ask any service through phone or email since no one is around mostly. Room is not clean and smells lots of chemicals. WiFi service is horrible! There is guest WiFi channel but it is always down. Luckily connected one or two times, but dropped a couple of minutes later. Hall way is always full of waters due to room air conditioner units and hall way is completely exposed to the outside. One good thing is check in and out. You do not need to see any agent at all. Well there was none after all. I would not come back to this hotel. Well actually it is motel, not a hotel.

Quick Pit Stop for Sleep in New Orleans
Decorum updated and hip/trendy. Ac/window unit needs to be replaced. It’s immensely loud and dripped lots of water outside our room door. Better WiFi? We stayed in room 9 bottom corner, nothing would connect to WiFi. Very small TV came with three remotes no channels would work everything asked us for a subscription. Very comfy bed, mattress and linen sparkly white clean. Tile/floor needed to be cleaned, floor was sticky. Pool was perfect kids really enjoyed it. Parking was a little tight. Loved that it’s gated. Ease of check in was very effective/productive.

Purple is my favorite color do that’s what attracted me to it first. 💜 The Iris was amazing and the staff was so nice. I was able to check in early based on my arrival time and it wasn’t an issue. Everything was great!! 😊

Stayed for one night and it was great. The pool is amazing!! So cool, chic and private which was great. The rooms are small but clean and beds were heaven. Who goes to New Orleans to hang out inside of a hotel room? The mini fridge was a great benefit and the desk was easy to use for a quick work meeting. Staff was very friendly and I liked the self check in option
