• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Nice place
This place was nice, not quite as new as the pictures look(floors need some TLC) but not bad. About 3 blocks from streetcars to take you downtown which was nice. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. It was nice to be able to park in a garage.

Perfect Midtown Location
Newly constructed, quiet, safe condo complex within two block walk to many good restaurants, grocery stores, and trolley stops. Very spacious floor plan and the corner unit has wonderful wrap around deck. Highly recommend for large family. Be aware that two long flights of stairs must be navigated. Easy access to Metairie, French Quarter, and Uptown. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

A good place to get down in New Orleans
This VRBO was perfect for our purposes — a base of operations for a bunch of 20-somethings taking on the big easy. The pool was under construction, but looked like it’ll be a great addition to the outdoor space. The location was a little bit away from the main attractions, but the walk was less than an hour/ the Uber was only about 10 minutes. Our only complaints — and they are minor ones — were with the bed sheets. In the king room, the bottom sheet was not fitted; in the double queen room, there were no blankets. Didn’t put a damper on our stay in the slightest, but figured I’d mention it so the hosts can address — the building was recently constructed, so the growing pains are totally understandable. All in all, I’d definitely recommend the property for your stay in the Big Easy!

Property was amazing and not too far from the French Quarter. Rooms and living space were very nice and spacious. Only complaint is the room on first floor did not have a bathroom so girls had to come up to the third floor to shower--2nd floor only had a half-bath. Garage was a plus and fit two cars perfectly!
