Got a nice upgrade and the hotel was nothing but a fantastic experience from front desk, to vallet and housekeepers. Thanks for making our stay rememberable. I will definitely be back hopefully sooner then later.

I will never stay there again because they have no amenities.. no free breakfast.. no free drinks.. no free parking and I didn’t even have a microwave in my room ! It cost me $700 to stay plus $160 parking and the breakfast was $30 or better.

I liked the location, walking distance to all French Quarter sites, and close to Canal St. There is ongoing construction on Iberville Street, so hard to find, and confusing as to the entrance, etc. I am sure when that has been completed, will be fine. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, during Francine, updates were regularly given.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The only flaw is they share the front with the Ritz Carlton. The Marriott has no front entrance.
