We absolutely love staying at Moxy and feel the most comfortable there. It was incredibly disappointing arriving from California to New Orleans at 9PM to find out they over booked us and gave our reservation away. At first they offered no alternative or support to us and it wasn’t until we had to demand a solution that Moxy finally sent us over to the Sheraton which was so awful. Our keys didn’t work, we had an issue with ordering room service, the phones weren’t working, and they informed us that the following day the whole hotel would not have any access to water as it was going to be shut off from 10am-4pm. We were extremely disappointed and it was completely frustrating.

Cool little spot, can easily walk to French quarter and Bourbon Street. Free vodka cocktail at check in. Convenient room service options. Per friendly but no spot to walk the pup (grass) besides a park a couple blocks away. City scene.

The staff was super friendly and recommended a lot to do around the French Quarter. Very good location, a few minute walk to Orpheum Theater, few minutes from Bourbon St. and a lottttt of places to eat at or get drunk at around. I definitely enjoyed my stay and if I come back to New Orleans I will be staying at this hotel again.

Great stay
Stayed here for three nights, cute small hotel, you get a free drink upon arrival. This hotel is two blocks from Bourbon Street, many restaurants and shopping centers. There's a parking garage across the street if you drive here. They have a food service company that delivers food to your room or front desk before 11pm, from various near by restaurants. I placed an order from them on my first night, my food arrived in 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

Fun and funky hotel in the heart of New Orleans
Funky, hip place with limited but fun amenities. Room was clean and sparsely furnished. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and young staff. Very close to most attractions.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet was very convenient as everything is walkable in the French Quarter. Streetcar will drop you off about 2 blocks away. Room was adorable and clean and all we needed for a short stay. Complimentary drink coupon for the bar given at check in was a nice touch. This is an amazing stay for the rates! No complaints!

I had an absolutely superb stay at the Moxy New Orleans! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was fun, stylish, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring the city. The lobby had a lively atmosphere, perfect for grabbing a drink or just relaxing with friends. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance to all the best spots in New Orleans. I would highly recommend Moxy New Orleans to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or pleasure. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
