This place has the look and feel for a Vegas casino but without noise and negative crowds. It’s designed well and very elegant looking. It’s in a perfect location and walking distance to the Caesars Superdome and the Smoothie king arena. What I didn’t like is no microwave in the room but a shared on near the ice machine.

Property was not what was advertised. Our room was dirty and outdated. Towels were not clean as we found hairs. The check in process was a nightmare as no one seemed trained and required assistance for all check in. Price was way too high for quality. Valet was terrible and at times, they couldn’t even take our vehicle so we had to double pay for self parking while already being charged valet parking. Room was very loud. Elevator system is awful and take forever.

We checked in at the hotel and it was very fast, however when we got to our room, there was an odor and an ozone machine running in our room that specifically says not safe for human or animals to be in the room while machine is working. I started getting a headache immediately. We asked to changed rooms and they were accommodating. Just disappointed they would put my family in danger and not know that the room shouldn’t have been open for someone to stay in until it was cleared
