We had no issues with our stay. The only problem came after. Our card has been charged twice for amounts over $300! When we call the Hyatt, they say Expedia charged us, but when we call Expedia, they say the Hyatt charged us. It is very frustrating! We just want our money back that is owed to us. We shouldn’t have been charged anything for our room as we paid for it in advance with Expedia

This place is huge; which means don’t expect extreme quiet. It’s also near busy roads so there is some traffic noise. Overall, it is a nice hotel and in close proximity to venues, shopping and dining.
