The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. The rental car return is across the street which made for an easy return. The shuttle picked me up from the rental car location and brought me back to the hotel with no issue. Very timely shuttle, especially in the early morning hours for those early flights. Overall great stay and I would return to stay again.

They have lost focus. They have forgotten they should try to make traveling easy and relaxing for guests. After arriving, parking, and checking in, we had to return to the parking lot to get our license plate number and then use an app to register our car with a third party parking payment service instead of simply paying at the check-in counter. Ten minutes in the rain. Then no complimentary water in the lobby and nobody in the gift shop to buy it. No complimentary coffee station in the morning -- instead, they directed us to a machine that required payment. Rather than nickel and diming guests, they should charge room rates that enable them to provide the basic amenities that are standard everywhere else, though their rates already are far higher than the competition. We won't return.

Had multiple attempts of either staff/people entering my designated room which was strange. The bed was my only real gripe regarding the stay. The mattress was quite firm, with a possible topper on it. The rest of the bedding was down. Was pleased with everything else and will be returning in the future for stays!

Enjoyed the amenities, advanced compared to other hotels especially for the price. Extremely clean, safe, loved the convenience store. Would have enjoyed a microwave in the room, pay for parking was a decent amount but did not seem applicable, food menu is okay but additional taxes for room service is not worth it

Parking is more expensive if you stay at the hotel (they offer longterm parking on the property and it is substantially cheaper than it is for guests staying at the hotel). Small bottled water in the room is $3.00 in the room. Lobby is spacious, rooms were basic and modern/beds comfortable/shuttle leaves every 45 minutes going to airport (there is no charge for this). If you are looking to longterm park it's a good deal. If you are looking for a layover close to the airport and you do not have transportation, it's a good choice but not great value for money.
