Rooms are pretty small. But ok. House keeping needs work. We found hair in our pillows before we sleep on the first night, which means they don’t wash pillow cases or even change it at all. But front desk staff was friendly. I wish it offers free breakfast

The staff are amazing, always available at the front desk. The location is great, close to the big sights but still on a quiet street. Great local restaurants, coffee shop right next door. We enjoyed coming back and sitting by the pool for an hour each day to cool down and relax from the heat. I would recommend this place, and will definitely stay again in the future.

Great ambiance, comfortable rooms, great location. Wish the water pressure was a bit better and the walls had better sound proofing as you could hear neighbors and people out in the hallway ver easily but aside from that the room and experience was overall really great, staff were friendly and helpful, room decor was lovely, bed was very comfortable.

Old world charm right in French quarters, NOLA. Older building but very well maintained... friendly helpful staff. short walk to all TO DO activities in the French Quarter region, including parks, dining and night life. They don't have parking but can direct you to nearby contracted parking which has parking rates onpar to other similar hotels of its kind

What a wonderful way to experience the French Quarter. The staff was prompt and friendly. The location was perfect for walking to so many historical locations and to the Canal trolley if needed. Bourbon street was close enough to walk to, but far enough that the noise and business did not disrupt a quiet evening in the court yard. The property is beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful customer service, we will definitely be staying on our next visit.

You will not be disappointed at this hotel!
The location is impossible to beat!! I travelled with my two teenage daughters and I didn’t get anything but, “wow!” A beautiful and comfortable hotel. The property and hotel are gorgeous. The courtyard and small pool are a quiet spot to unwind after a wild day in the French Quarter while winding down a bit before going out for round 2 of fun that night. The staff was more than welcoming. There is also a great Concierge to help with any questions or reservations. I have already recommended this hotel to 3 family members traveling next month. Hope to be back soon Big Easy…..miss y’all all ready.

The hotel has character that most hotels lack. Old world feel while also updated where it matters most. Close to everything the French Quarter has to offer. The staff is friendly and amazingly knowledgeable/helpful.

The property location is fantastic right on the river close to walking distance and you are in the French quarters. We walked everywhere. We just had to park our vehicle a few blocks away and it was $42 a night and it was in a safe and secure hotel parking lot which is a sister of this property. The front office manager she was amazing and the bell hop or bus hop guy was just fantastic and… Provided with an iron because the rooms didn’t have one and gave us a suggestion on which actual excursion to takes. I’ll definitely be returning here as it felt really at home and the front staff at the desk we’re just the most personable and friendly people we met in our trip!
