The room was small but I didn’t get the room for the size. The bed, pillows and blankets were soft. Everything was clean. The location was a 10-15 minute walk from EVERYTHING!!! I got to park my car for the whole Mardi Gras and didn’t have to touch it once! The staff members were extremely friendly and sweet. They pointed me all around for the best foods! 10/10 would recommend this place to stay!

The staff was amazing! The room was clean. It was a little tighter than expected but still overall good. Our keypad to the room stopped working twice which was an inconvience. The location is great.

This place is absolutely adorable!!! It's in the PERFECT place, too. Friendly staff. Very clean. Sometimes the promo pics overstate the property. In this case no pictures do it justice. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Amazing location, our room was perfect and so quiet, but the stand out was the incredible staff. They were all so helpful and professional. I love the history of the place and i appreciated that we weren't in some big chain hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our time at the French Market Inn! It is a wonderful historic building perfectly located in the French Quarter on the banks of the Mississippi. Everything was within walking distance - historic sights, the streetcars, restaurants. The staff were wonderful, especially Kevin at the door, Miss E, the manager and all the people working the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was small, so I did not have a chair. However, I went to the lobby, which had very comfortable chairs. My morning routine is browsing the internet with a cup of strong coffee. Disappointing there were no coffee shops open at 5 AM. The closest was Starbucks, open at 6 AM, but it was quite a long walk. The Starbucks was at the Sheraton on Canal Street.

Everybody was so nice and friendly! I just love the architecture and the building itself. It has so much charm. I loved sitting in the courtyard and looking at the brick walls with portions of stucco covering the bricks in such an artistic manner. The flickering lanterns add such wonderful ambience.The bedrooms have the brick and stucco walls. The furniture and decor are such period pieces. I loved experiencing that era. The windowsills in my bedroom were made of a thick slab of stone. Everywhere I ate or everything I did was all so conveniently located. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! In fact, if I ever go back to New Orleans, I would definitely stay there. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

The hotel is amazing. The old architecture of the building brought a very special ambiance to the experience. The amenities were new inside a 200 year old building. The staff was professional, polite and had great sense of humor when dealing with me.
