The 1st room was nice but in an awful noisy hallway. I was awakened by guests every 20 minutes . What saved our stay was Elysia. She was very kind and helpful. If not for her we would have never wanted to return to your lovely hotel. Claude was also very helpful and nice.

We arrived early and asked to store our luggage, but the front desk kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which we appreciated. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our first room was located directly next to the elevator. The noise was constant and very loud, and it continued even at 4 a.m. The walls did not seem well soundproofed, and I was literally unable to sleep at all that night. Although we were able to change rooms the next day and appreciated the staff’s assistance, the lack of sleep significantly affected our stay. Because rest is such an important part of any hotel experience, this makes us hesitant to stay here again if we return to New Orleans.

The room was charming, the hotel felt like a B&B in the best way with a sense of uniqueness in the halls. The staff was very friendly and helpful and location was amazing. New Orleans is too big to say that it was near everything, but it was certainly near a great deal we will return.
