I booked a 1 night stay at this hotel. I was driving in from out of town. No where in the booking did it say I would be charged $48 for parking my car across the street in the lot while also paying to stay at this hotel!

My friend and I stayed at the French market in for three nights. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They helped us with figuring out the public transportation system and the hospitality! They also are very accommodating. Our flight came in super early, way before check-in time and they were able to get us into a room. The hotel is in a very convenient part of New Orleans. You have access to so much shopping and restaurants. Our only critique was the layout of the bathroom/shower. But other than that, it was an amazing experience. We plan on going back to New Orleans and booking with this hotel again.

We stopped here on a longer road trip and we're pleasantly surprised. It was in a great location. The rooms were tiny as was the elevator which is expected in a historical building but it had a great shower as well. The courtyard was a fun addition as well
