Property needs renovation and I had no heat at all. Service desk were ok. But I was disappointed when my friend fell and no staff assisted him Nor did they offer us a incident report. Actually they were annoyed with my guest for asking

Charming nice hotel
Charming old hotel in the French quarter. Nicely redone bath and comfortable linens and such. Exceptionally clean. Bed was dipped a bit in the center but overall prettt comfortable. Service just ok. Well located place to stay close to everything but not in the middle of the highest noise areas.

Our room was immaculate. Wished we had a lovely marble bathroom at home such as the one we had in the deluxe room. Also loved there were robes we could use as well. Staff was always friendly and helpful. All the French Quarter sights were within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay.

The Bienville House was the perfect place to stay in New Orleans. My mother suggested staying here because she also stayed at this exact location when she was a teenager. I highly enjoyed getting to bring my mother back to a place where she got to re-experience her childhood. The staff were amazing and made checking in/checking out easy. Parking was a breeze as well, the valet takes care of moving your car and helps you unpack your stuff. I will definitely be recommending the Bienville to my friends and family in the future.

Great place but expensive
Business trip to attend a conference in New Orleans. The staff here are very friendly and informative. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only reasons for not having this a 5-star is that I paid almost $400 per night and the breakfast offerings were only coffee. Doesn’t quite seem worth it!

Absolutely impressed
this is definitely what I would consider a luxury hotel. the room was absolutely gorgeous, bed was very comfortable. & was so clean, and we were so impressed. staff was so very friendly and helpful. parking and check in / check out was a breeze. location was perfect and hotel was very quiet. they had a crib available for our daughter and brought it right to our room. will def stay again!
