Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!

Family Experience
Although the townhouse itself was beautiful, I had to report a couple of times when residents of the next unit over would toss the garbage out at our garage door, we would have to move it in order to get in or out of the garage. I contacted HOSTEEVA to let them be aware, and then they would send someone, There were missing items that should’ve been within the unit as well and although it’s not an accessible unit there should be Grab Bars located within each full bathroom because it can tend to be slippery. Again the unit is beautiful in itself, but these things should be taken care of I have never had to give any kind of negative feedback before.

The customer service was amazing. I did have an issue with the condo not smelling the best, however with my help and the help of the company they took care of it. I have already referred someone to this condo and will be returning soon.
