Private Oasis with outstanding views nestled in Lordship, a small waterfront community on Connecticut’s Gold Coast in Stratford.

Situated on a prominent one-acre property in Lordship, CT, this 3-bedroom home has stunning vistas and a private beach directly on Long Island Sound. The home is accessed down a long circular driveway with a car port attached to a barn (not accessible). Originally built in the 1890’s, the home has had numerous renovations over the years. The first floor has an open floor plan with ample living space plus a solid wood dining table for twelve, a half bathroom, gas fired fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and access to the large outdoor waterfront deck. Built into the deck is a natural gas fire pit and brand-new natural gas grill. Each of the three bedrooms have their own full bathrooms plus a half bath on the first floor. The master bedroom has a balcony facing the water with amazing views with an outdoor wall mounted television and walk-in master closet. The community has easy access to grocery stores, provisions, places of worship and medical facilities.

During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Lordship Beach. A kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
