Ótimo atendimento, sempre solícito. Quarto não corresponde aos das fotos da oferta. Mal conservado. Ar condicionado faltando partes, e sem a possibilidade de regular a temperatura. Vidro do teto deslocados, com frestas para o telhado. Sensação de que irão cair sobre a cama. Luzes do teto queimadas.

Quarto antigo. Cama mole. Limpeza a desejar. Encontramos cabelos em toalhas e no lençol de cama. Banheiro estava molhado, creio que em razão de goteiras do telhado em razão das chuvas. O pessoal é atencioso e prestativo. Logo que pedimos as toalhas foram trocadas. Jantar e café da manhã honestos.

Tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes pois a recepção não nos colocou na suite e depois a suíte estava com cheiro forte de cigarro. Não nos foi informado claramente o que estava inciso na nossa reserva, p. Ex. que tínhamos direito ao jantar no local. O café da manhã foi pouco servido em quantidade suficiente para duas pessoas. Havia lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, o controle da TV não funcionava e foi necessário solicitar à recepção, que nos atendeu prontamente.
