This resort is perfectly small, everything you need is in the lobby, 10 minute walk to Atlantis if you want to go to the casino. Food was great, except the a la carts were closed for 3 out of 4 nights I was there, but the buffet food was great just similar every night. I would return

Hotel is small but nice. Food is good and the staff is so friendly. They have a shuttle bus to Atlantis Hotel where you can visit the Casino and Aquarium. It’s like 15min drive from the City so you can go to the Market to shop around.

Even though this is one of the newer hotels, my experience was far from great. I’ve been to plenty of other all-inclusive resorts, and this one is honestly the laziest. The dining options were very limited, with just one main restaurant open, offering a selection of generic American food. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals was reminiscent of the worst kind of high school cafeteria food—bland and uninspired. The rooms were clean, but the pool/hot tub were iffy, The customer service was beyond awful, especially from the male bartenders. They were inattentive, unwelcoming, and seemed to avoid serving guests unless you raised your voice to get their attention. One of the bartenders with dreads particularly stood out for his lack of customer service skills—he absolutely needs proper training. If it were up to me, I’d reconsider the entire male bartending staff, especially those serving drinks outdoors. On the other hand, the female staff were hardworking, attentive, and friendly. I appreciated their effort and made sure to tip every single one of them whenever I could. While the hotel has potential, both the food and customer service need serious improvement before I would consider returning.”
