Nice hotel but not all that Hotels.com says it is
The hotel was great. However, Hotels.com stated they have parking. They do not. They contract with an outside firm that charges $40 per night. We were not the only ones to complain about this at the hotel. Also the hotel, while in walking distance to downtown, is in a very sketchy neighborhood. You will need to drive to your destination or take a ride share. Again, great hotel and service but not what was really advertised on Hotels.com

Be aware that the parking fee of $33.00 is w/o tax. Therefore, the actual price of the parking is $38.24 Self parking. Valet parking is more (about $46.00).

Good stay other then getting stuck in the elevator for awhile and red call button didn’t work so finally we was able to push doors open after good ten mins and desk help was lost on what to do .. my first question was why ain’t the fire department here or called .
