The couch had stains and the tissue box had blood on it. The information said housekeeping must be requested but only every third day. I am making a long shot assumption here but I believe it is somewhat cleaned after someone leaves but not very well.

Our room was not as clean as one would expect at check in. The sink had black sludge in it and the floor didn't appear to be vacuumed/swept very well if at all. Their was always the smell of Marijuana through the halls. My 1st visit back in January was a much better experience than this one.

Good stay with some issues
The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good even on the weekend when they said they had fewer offerings than on the weekdays. However the lobby smelled strongly like floral perfume which triggered migraines for multiple people in my family, and the third floor hallway smelled strongly of marijuana when we checked in. Additionally, multiple lights, outlets, and USB ports were not functional in our room. Overall a decent stay, with some flaws. I’m not sure if we would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Overall just ok. Pool is large and warm. Breakfast the usual. Beds are small, pull out is a trundle on the floor. No pillows for pull out in the room. TV and clock didnt work but neither did the phone for us to call and report it. Ottoman & couch visibly needed a clean. One bed with mascara or something black on it. Poor woman at the front desk was swamped when I tried to report any of this. No one at the desk for checkout.

We were very pleased with our rooms and the amenities were great. There wss an issue with the HVAC in one of the rooms, but the staff responded immediately and when it couldn't be repaired expeditiously, we were moved to another room . Thanks for the quick response. Check in and checkout were pleasing.
