Stayed for a show at the Grand Ole Opry and was very pleased. Location is great and convenient to the Airport and Opry Mills Mall. With maps on your phone, you can get about anywhere in Nashville in 20 minutes, provided the rush hour traffic isn't overwhelming. Very clean also and amazingly quiet even though you are close to interstate and airport.

Great hotel rooms. Very spacious. Very clean. Pool was great too. Their cleaning guidelines aka old school “housekeeping” were clearly stated. Breakfast was a little weak in regards to options and quick refills of emptying trays, but overall, would definitely stay there again.

No coffee or breakfast early for those who have to leave close to 5:30-6:00 am . I was told the staff had not arrived yet so I had to go elsewhere for coffee as the front desk did not have any extra coffee packs that I could fix in the room. Otherwise the staff was friendly

Disappointing to be charged additional fees
I prepaid for this hotel on hotels.com and since checking out the hotel has made 2 charges on my credit card. They also sent me an invoice which included a pet fee and as I travelled from Ireland I certainly did not bring a pet. They claim they have not charged me anything extra. A member of staff also entered our room while we were sleeping. He told me to call reception to sort it out and reception had no idea someone was in that room. Very disorganised altogether. My son also found a pill on the floor near the bed so housekeeping could be improved. Beds are very small but room layout is really good, good use made of space.

I’ve never used this hotel before . So cute and clean and spacious !! Bed and pillows were good quality ! I travel a lot so I’ll be looking for more of these deals. $100 was a great price !! I’ll be back every month if I can find these deals!

The property was clean, breakfast wasn’t so great- very basic. The staff was rude at check in. The man who checked us in was nice, but the lady was rude and reeked of weed everytime she walked by us. The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport was rude and drove fast and crazy. The shuttle driver that took us to the airport was nice. The night desk person was extremely rude and not very helpful. She had attitude as soon as we walked inside. I’m far from racist (I have a Michael Jackson song tattooed on my arm), I was surprised how rude she was compared to the Caucasian man that checked us in. I would’ve thought it would be vice versa but no, she was extremely rude. The room was spacious, clean and was on the top floor. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again, was too far for my needs and the rude lady did not make us feel welcome. I used to be a general assistant manager at my local hotel back home, if you’re not a people person I suggest you get a new job where you don’t have to deal with people. Hotel industry is all about hospitality and customer service- she was definitely nothing but rude.

We had meetings on music row every day, and wanted the evenings quiet. This was perfect. Easy to get to town highway or surface streets. The staff went out of there way to help. We will be back next month when recording the album.
