The bathroom was dirty. It had a sticky stain on the floor that the cleaning staff kept avoiding. It was still there after we left, and we asked them to clean it twice. The bed sheets were dirty, even the new sheets we received. The overnight staff was great; they did their best to accommodate, but the cleaning staff was horrible. The staff had to put up a new shower lining because the old lining had mold all over it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a horrible experience.

Nice hotel
Stay for the weekend for baseball and the stay was pretty good other than the wet/damp floor from carpet cleaning. Granted I love that the carpet is getting cleaned but I don’t like damp or wet socks.

The hotel was nice, room was not cleaned well, there were rowdy guess being loud after midnight so I wasn’t able to sleep much, I was charged twice for my room. The front desk personnel were not friendly at all.

Terrible!!! Outside contractor decided to come into our room and commenced scrubbing the carpet. I had just ran down to front desk and came back up and found 3 men scrubbing my carpet. Totally unacceptable. Was not offers any compensation or room change. Had to request loud fan to try to dry floor.

Very nice. I would have liked a kettle in the room, since I shared the room with my daughter , I did not like the hand basin separated from the bathroom by an open space , but overall I liked the room and the service
