This is a great hotel, breakfast is just average hotel breakfast. Not really anything within walking distance but other than that it was a nice day. I felt safe here.

Average conditions, the rooms weren't checked to ensure it was clean prior to arrival. Bedsheets was dirty. Entrance to the suites was dirty with cobwebs. Pots and pans were very old with terrible scuff marks.

Lovely!
It was perfect, we spend most evenings in the common area which was very comfortable. The bedding was wonderful and the room size was more than accommodating for the length of our stay.

We have no hot water for 2 days. We checked in Monday afternoon and come Tuesday till we left early morning on Thursday there’s no hot water. We told the front desk about the situation.

Embarrassing!!! We stayed here for our wedding weekend. If we could have left we would have BUT we had our cake reception in our suite and the address was on our invitations!!! My bathroom had what looked like vomit behind the toilet on the wall,the toilet had stains in the bowl, the baseboards look like they hadn't been cleaned in months! My maid of honor went to sleep in her room,she.pulled back the sheets and there was mice poop! Behind her bathroom door looked like they tried to cover a big mold spot but failed,again dirty baseboards! In the living room the vents looked so dirty one of my guest pointed it out! The phone in the room didnt work. When either one of us took a shower, the water backed up so bad that we would be ankle deep by the time we ended our shower with water. I had wanted to take a long bubble bath the night before my wedding BUT the shower/tub floor had peeling so bad theres no way it would have been comfortable. And finally the night before my wedding the people in the suite across from us were having a drunk party,it was11:47 at night, i called the front desk,was told no night manager, the front desk girl said she would TRY to call them!! Even though i had complained about the accommodations to the same girl,upon checking out there was no mention of the conversations i had with her let alone an apology or any type of compensation.

Could smell the mold in more than one room, unsafe to stay in for a prolonged trip. When I first walked into my room, I immediately noticed a dead bug in the entryway. Staff was actively unhelpful except for two employees that I met the night I checked in. Those two women were extremely kind and helpful as much as they could be. However, would I pay $530 to stay 4 nights in a musty room that obviously smells of mold? Absolutely not.

Booked this hotel for all the extra room which was amazing! Loved the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. My daughter and I slept on the sofa bed, which could definitely use a little love. Only complaint about the rooms is that all the comforters are definitely due to be replaced, but that’s it. My daughter loved the pool area and we saw families taking advantage of the bbq areas. We are a “no frills” type of family, don’t need anything fancy, so this was perfect. Loved the safe area, and it was super convenient to be close to lots of shopping options. Would definitely stay again.

The man at the front desk (I apologize, I didnt write down his name), he was so nice and helpful. He even sent me toward the BEST pizza in nashville. Ive stayed her multiple times. Off the "party" nashville circuit, but only 20 mins away. Nice, quiet, clean- easy choice. Thanks, guys!

Comfortable Room, Great Service
Several of my colleagues and I were here for two nights while attending a conference nearby. The room was comfortable, and we made use of the kitchenette for happy hour debrief each evening after the event. One of the three rooms we had booked had an air conditioning issue the first night, and Kimeon at the front desk was very responsive, inspecting the system, providing fans (there were no other rooms available to transfer), and ensuring that maintenance was able to correct the issue for the second night.
