Nice apt on a great area
Nice studio apartment in a great location. Conveniences- washer and dryer, full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shops and Vanderbilt. Kroger grocery is about .5 mile away. Would stay again. It was convenient, comfortable, and in a good area. Lots of parking options, all paid but were reasonable.

Security and safety is an issue
Very strict procedures to stay at this premises so we expected security. On our last evening with an early airport start, a large group of youths with a ghetto blaster playing very loud music woke everybody at 2am. They were sat on the community terrace and were intoxicated and shouting loudly. I was petrified and I contacted a staff member on the chat app! There are no staff at the premises. I spoke to a staff member and they said they would look into this. Silly I know but with a shooting massacre the few weeks before I was scared. About an hour later there was shouting and banging on the corridor and after 20 minutes it went quiet. I have sent many emails to have some monetary compensation for the last evening as we were inconvenienced and could not go back to bed. I was told in one email to have phoned the police if I was scared! An international tourist at that! The price of the property and lack of security/human contact should mean the price of the rooms should be less. After 2 months the company are still passing the book and not offering any explanation or apology. I have sent 6 emails and will continue to. The room was lovely by the way and has tarnished our stay in Nashville with such poor customer service - take the money and run attitude

I love the area that this location is in. It's got everything from a plethora of dining options, shopping, and nightlife. It feels like a safe and friendly community. As for the property, I love that it has a balcony and other roof top area to enjoy your coffee or night cap. I love the in unit washer and dryer. And it was a clean space. My only critiques are: 1). Exterminate the property. I saw a roach in the kitchen and knew based on the size there were others somewhere. 2). Provide more face towels. I had the same issue at my last Sonder location in DC. Luckily I came prepared and brought my own. 3). Provide a couple complementary waters, coffee filters, coffee, and creamer for the space. 4). The smell in the place is a mix of cleaning supplies and old furniture.

The good: the apt is super cute, quiet and mostly clean. They have everything you need available to you (dish soaps, laundry stuff, full kitchen, etc), The bad: There was no signage on the exterior of the building to identify property name. We never got extra bath towels as requested. The fitted sheet did not fit the queen mattress (not sure how you don’t see that if you are cleaning and making the bed). Some sketchy guy and woman were hanging out in front of the parking garage one of the nights of my stay. I didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the door locks.There was vomit on the parking garbage floor the entire time we were there. My parking garage fob never worked, even though we paid for parking. Hoping that they are in the middle of a reimbursement for parking purchased.

REALLY ONLY THING BAD WAS INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASE PARKING WAS AWFUL, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN CHARGE OF CONVEYING INSTRUCTIONS. TERRIBLE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY $20 PER DAY! BATHTUB DID NOT DRAIN, SAW PEOPLE CLEANING ROOMS IN THE HALL AND ASKED IF THEY COULD ARANGE TO HAVE IT CHECKED THEY SAID THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO CONTRACT SONDER AND WITH THE HORRENDOUS TIME WE HAD TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO BE ABLE TO PARK DIDN'T THINK IT WAS WORTH THE EFFORT.

Sonder Belcourt is located in the University District. Very clean, safe and walkable neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. There's even a theatre across the street. Neighbourhood is fairly quiet considering the close proximity of a hospital. We walked to Music Row and Downtown from our rental, it's a bit of a walk but doable. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but the amenities cupboard is not kept stocked so I recommend you bring your own coffee or tea. We would definitely stay at another Sonder.

We enjoyed the Sonder Bellcourt property during our stay in Nashville. The property was very secure, great access protocols are in place. If you plan to stay at this property we would recommend it. Property is kept well, and is much nicer, spacious and reasonably priced than a 4 star hotel with one room, 2 beds and a bathroom. The areas where improvement could be seen are by installing small smart tv's in the bedrooms. That is a comfort many travelers have at their personal residence. The TV in the unit is in the main living area so if you enjoy laying in bed watching the news bring a tablet or your own portable tv. Lastly, parking is a decision point when you reserve a Belcourt residence. Beware if your advertisement says that parking is included...it's not. Now, parking is available and I would highly recommend you purchase the Belcourt parking in advance. The parking deck is very secure for your safety and the auto. The deck is accessible from your apartment floor via elevator that goes to the parking garage. If it is raining you are dry and it is about a 4 minute roundtrip from your room, to the elevator, down to the car and back. The cost is $20 per day additional to the room. Pay attenmtion to this when planning a reservation. We purchased our parking once we arrived so thanks to the Sonder team. Overall we would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars.

Everything was enjoyable. The sofabed was not in the best condition, but you could use it sideways. Otherwise clean and staff responded quick to one request. We will use again. Food in this area was amazing!
